BIOMETRICS ARE BEST DEFINED AS MEASURABLE PHYSIOLOGICAL AND / OR BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS THAT CAN BE UTILIZED TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL.
